(Wednesdays, 4:30pm-5:30pm) If you can dream, you can draw! KidzArt is a unique, drawing-based, afterschool art enrichment program that emphasizes creativity, self-confidence and having fun. From the Picassos-in-Training to those who think they will never get it, art becomes approachable and more fun than ever imagined. By breaking drawings down into manageable steps, we help them rise to the challenge and overcome obstacles with creative thinking. These invaluable skills also carry over to other areas of study and life! We demonstrate techniques to relax, focus and engage in the creative process. Our No Mistakes philosophy (meaning it doesn’t have to be perfect!) supports problem-solving skills and the ability to see the world in a new way. The result? Success beyond all expectations! All artist quality supplies are provided for your child so they don’t need to bring anything to class. Mediums include: Watercolor, Oil Pastels, Prismacolor Markers, Chalk Pastels, Art Stix and More.
